Integrations

Connect FreightTender with your TMS, CTRM, eBL, ERP, and communication tools.

Connect FreightTender to Your Existing Workflow

FreightTender integrates with the tools your trading desk already uses—TMS platforms, CTRM systems, ERP software, and communication tools. Instead of copying data between systems, FreightTender syncs automatically, reducing errors and saving your team hours per week.

Freight operations run on data that moves between multiple platforms. When that data has to be entered manually, mistakes happen—duplicate shipments, missed deadlines, and reconciliation errors that cost time and money. FreightTender eliminates that friction by connecting directly to the systems your chartering, trading, and logistics teams rely on every day.

Our integration approach is flexible: we support direct API connections for major platforms and can build custom integrations for specialized systems. Most integrations are live within days, not months.

Planned & Available

TMS / CTRM Integrations

Sync tenders and awards directly with your Transport Management System or Commodity Trading and Risk Management platform. When a freight award is made in FreightTender, it automatically flows to your TMS, eliminating manual data entry and reducing the risk of duplicate shipments or missed deadlines.

Supported platforms include leading TMS and CTRM solutions used across bulk, tanker, and container shipping—including Veson IMOS, OpenLink, and similar enterprise systems. Whether your team runs a single-desk operation or a multi-region trading floor, FreightTender adapts to your workflow rather than the other way around.

Custom integrations are available on request. Professional and Enterprise plans include full API access.

Electronic Bills of Lading (eBL)

Link freight awards from FreightTender directly to eBL workflows. Once a tender is awarded, the shipment data flows to your eBL provider, accelerating document processing and reducing paper-based delays.

The shipping industry is moving fast toward digital documentation. FreightTender supports eBL workflows aligned with major standards and providers, including DCSA-compliant platforms and established networks like Bolero and essDOCS. By connecting tender awards directly to eBL issuance, your team cuts the lag between deal close and document generation—reducing risk and improving counterparty confidence.

ERP Integration

Export tender data and freight costs directly to your ERP system for finance and procurement teams. Automate cost allocation, invoice matching, and budget tracking without manual spreadsheet work.

FreightTender connects with major ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. Finance teams get accurate freight cost data in real time, without waiting for manual exports or end-of-month reconciliation. Enterprise plans include custom ERP integrations scoped to your specific workflows.

Email & Calendar Notifications

Automatic email invitations and calendar notifications keep your team informed when tenders are opened, updated, or closed. Integrates with Outlook and Gmail.

Whether your team is in the office or distributed across time zones, FreightTender ensures no one misses a critical update. Notifications are configurable by role—so chartering managers, finance leads, and logistics coordinators each receive only what's relevant to them.

How It Works

Getting FreightTender connected to your existing stack is straightforward:

  1. Connect—Share your system details with our integrations team or use our API documentation to set up the connection directly.
  2. Sync—FreightTender maps your data fields to match your existing workflows, so nothing gets lost in translation.
  3. Automate—Once live, data flows automatically between systems. No manual exports, no copy-paste, no reconciliation headaches.

Most integrations are up and running within a few business days.
